I found an article on facebook last night and wanted to share it with you all.

SELF-CARE DIY BOX

Get an empty shoe box or a tub anything really with a lid. The idea is to fill with things that can help you deal with an emotional crisis in a safe way.

OTHER PHYSICAL WAYS:-

Running

Going for awalk

Bike ride

TIDY THE HOUSE

CALL A FAMILY MEMBER OR A FRIEND

SWIMMING

BUT THE MAIN THING ALWAYS REMEMBER TO BREATHE.
